I’m Trainer Coco B I’ve been into fitness for several years but recently got certified to train in October 2019. I see fitness as therapy. It’s a way to release from your everyday life. Getting in shape and feeling great is an added bonus. Personal Training is a team effort. We must work together to meet your goals. Be mentally as well as physically connected to the program. The motivation comes from within. My motto is it doesn’t matter where you are in life right now, no matter who you are, no matter how old you are, It’s never too late to be who you were meant to be. I specialize in Strength and Conditioning. You will definitely get a full body work out each time whether it’s in a group sessions or 1 on 1 training. Team work makes the dream work!
